Registration Fee:

• Each person attending the conference must pay the registration fee.
• Registration fee is US $275 ($295 by credit card) per person for one paper if paid by February 10, 2009
• Late registration fee is US $325 ($345 by credit card) per person if paid afterFebruary 10, 2009
• Additional proceedings page charge: US $10.00 for each page over the limit of  15 single-spaced pages
• No more than three papers are allowed per author. Fee for each additional paper:  US $150.00 plus charge for extra pages, if any.  
• Registration fee is US $175 ($195 by credit card) for a full-time student, late registration is $200 ($220 by credit card)   
  (Student should attach a letter signed by Department Head verifying full-time status)
• Registration fee is not refundable
