ABSTRACT

This study analyzes the relationship between emotional intelligence and employees’
stress in the workplace. It examines the use of emotional intelligence as a predictor of stress
management. Utilizing a sample of working adults, the results of this study revealed a significant
and negative relationship between the participants’ emotional intelligence and their workplace
stress.
