These publications are affiliates of The International Academy of Business and Public Administration Disciplines. The purpose of this Academy is to support and encourage teaching, research, and the advancement and exchange of knowledge throughout the world.
The IJBAF, IJBEP, IJBPA, IJER, IJBMDS, IJBRIT, and IJMHR are vehicles for achieving the objectives of this Academy.
The editorial mission of these journals is to publish empirical, theoretical, and practitioner manuscripts which will advance the themes of the journals. All articles published in these volumes undergo a double-blind, peer review process.
Articles published in the IABPAD journals are included in the databases of EBSCO publishing Inc. and Gale Cengage Learning

The publication ethics of the journals and its publication malpractice statements are based on guidelines, and standards, and are in compliance with the policies of the International Academy of Business and Public Administration Disciplines (IABPAD) developed by the IABPAD executive committee.
