ABSTRACT
This study examines servicescape, collaborative management, and job resources as
antecedents of job satisfaction among public sector employees. Using data from
the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS), the authors hypothesize that servicescape,
collaborative management, and job resources will influence job satisfaction among public sector
employees. Using regression analysis, findings indicate that all predictors significantly influence
job satisfaction. Further explanation of the findings is discussed along with the implications,
limitations, and suggestions for future research.
