AN ANALYSIS OF CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION TRAINING IN ORGANIZATIONS

ABSTRACT
There is a growing need for training in creativity and innovation in organizations. A wide range of training materials are available but their value is not easily determined. This study evaluated different types of training that exist for a range of creativity and innovation goals. The study surveyed the literature on training for creativity and innovation. It provides guidance to organizations in selecting the appropriate types of training for their specific creativity and innovation training needs.
