ABSTRACT 

When examining interpersonal conflict, often times it is important to identify stimulus and response. Thus, conflict encountered within interpersonal relationships during team building warrants that same approach. Therefore, the research presented within this document seeks to address the question “Is interpersonal conflict a death sentence to team building?” With this in mind, the primary and secondary data presented will focus on causation, adjustments and results of interpersonal conflict within the team building process.
