ABSTRACT
This study examines correlations between the employee job satisfaction and five selected variables: Leadership interactions, manager’s focus on organizational goals and objectives, and manager’s focus on performance management, workplace protective measures, and perceived unit effectiveness. The study also investigates the same five selected variables’ predictability of the levels of employee job satisfaction. The results revealed significant correlations between the employee job satisfaction (dependent variable) and the five independent variables. In addition, the five variables gave good prediction of employee job satisfaction.
